2005-yilda Amerikadan siyosiy boshpana olgan Bahodir Choriyev 2009-yilda vatanga qaytganida, tergov qilingan va O’zbekistondan chiqarib yuborilgan.

Sabab, deydi faol, uning “Birdamlik” nomli muxolif tashkilotga asos solgani va chet eldan turib, O’zbekistonda tuzum o’zgarishi uchun harakat qilayotgani.

2-3 yanvar kunlari Bahodir Choriyev, ukasi Ixtiyor Choriyev va bu katta oilaning 10 farzandi O’zbekistonning Vashingtondagi elchixonasi oldida piket qildi.

Choriyevlar yetti aka-uka. Aksariyati Missuri shtatida yashaydi. Haydovchilik qilib kun ko’rishadi. “Birdamlik”ni yuritish uchun moliya, asosan, oilaviy daromaddan keladi, deydi Bahodir Choriyev.

Faolning keksa yoshdagi ota-onasi haliyam chorvachilik qiladi, lekin bugunga kelib mol-holi tortib olingan. Elektr toki uchun haq to’lanmagan deya hech qanday tergov va sudsiz bor mulk musodara qilingan, deydi Choriyev.

Muxolifatchi va uning yaqinlari uchun vatanga qadam qo’yish oson emas, lekin o’z yurtiga borish va u yerni erkin tark etish – har bir insonning uzviy huquqi, deydi u. Sakkiz oydirki, ukasi Burxon Choriyev va kelini Sarvinoz Hamidova O’zbekistondan chiqa olmaydi. Farzandlarini Amerikada qoldirib, vatanga ketgan edi. Sabab – sog’inch.

“Burxon ikki bor qamoqqa olindi. Jarima belgilandi – 30 million so’m. To’ladik, lekin haliyam chiqarishmayapti. Kelinimiz Sarvinozga nisbatan ham jinoiy ish qo’zg’atilgan edi. Unga ham jarima solishdi, to’ladik. Afsuski, mana shu kungacha hujjatlarini ololmay sarson. Ularning aybi shuki, O’zbekistondan OVIR, maxsus ruxsat olmay chiqqan. Qozog’iston orqali BMT Qochqinlar idorasi orqali qochqin degan maqom olib, Amerikadan siyosiy boshpana olgan”,- deydi Bahodir Choriyev.

Sarvinoz Hamidova - Ixtiyor Choriyevning rafiqasi. 6 yoshli qizi onasi bilan Shahrisabzda. Hech qayoqqa chiqa olmaydi. O’zbekistonga ketayotganida sentabrgacha, o’quv yiligacha, qaytish niyatida edi. 4 va 2 yoshli o’g’illari otasi bilan qolgan, chunki ular uchun elchixona zarur hujjatlarni bermagan. Juda qiyin bo’ldi, deydi Ixtiyor Choriyev.

“Bolalar har kuni yig’lab-siqtaydi. 30 million so’m jarima olishdi. Oilamni obdon qo’rqitishdi, qamalasan, deb. Bolalarim yemay-ichmay, shu pulni to’ladik”.

Ism-sharifi sir tutilishini so’ragan bir o’zbekistonlik nazarida bolalardan siyosiy maqsadlarda foydalanilmoqda. Bu go’daklar nima qilayotganini biladimi, piket ekan deb ularni bu yerga olib kelish va qo’liga plakat berib, namoyish qil, deyishganiga aql bovar qilmaydi, deydi u. Bolalar elchixonasi mashinasining yo’lini to’sib, xavf tug’dirgani ayniqsa xavotir uyg’otadi, deydi bu kuzatuvchi.

O’zbekiston elchixonasi piketga munosabat bildirmagan. Diplomatik vakolatxona bevosita Toshkentga javob beradi. Namoyish va chiqishlarga odatda hech qanday reaksiya yo’q.

Choriyevlar esa vatandagi vaziyatdan norozilik bildirish uchungina bu yerga kelganini aytadi. Qishning qahratonida yosh bolalar bilan bir necha soat yo’l bosib, Missuri shtatidan Vashingtonga kelishdan muddao shu, deydi Ixtiyor Choriyev. Bolalar ota-onasiz juda qiynalib ketdi, deydi u, ularni hech kim piketga majburlayotgani yo’q.

“Bilsin boshqalar. Balki kimdir yordam qilar, qo’l uzatar. Ikki o’g’lim juda sarson, qiyinchilik bilan turibmiz. Onasiz yosh bolaga juda qiyin bo’layapti”, - deydi Ixtiyor Choriyev.

Burxon Choriyevning 13 yashar o’g’li Alpon elchixona oldida yordam so’rab turganlardan biri.

“Deyarli to’qqiz oydan beri ko’rganim yo’q dadamni. Elchixonadan so’rayotganimiz shuki, iltimos, otam va kelinoyim Amerikaga qaytsin. Buvamning molini qaytarib berishsin”.

Alponning ukasi 12 yoshli Jahongir ham shu gapni qaytarib, madad so’raydi.

“Qiynalayapmiz”, - deya iltijo qiladi u.

16 yoshli Davron Hasanov Choriyevlarning Amerikada ta’lim olayotgan avlodi. Amakivachchalarini quvvatlar ekan, “adolat so’rayapmiz” deydi. “Jarima solishdi-yu, endi nima uchun ushlab turishibdi”?- deya so’raydi u. Savolga tegishli idoralardan javob yo’q.
